PowerPay provides mobile/DTH recharges, bill payments and distributor services (PlanAPI). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use our app or website.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email, profile and distributor account metadata.
• Transaction data: recharge details, amounts, timestamps, commission records and payment confirmations.
• Device & usage: device type, app version, IP address (admins may whitelist/allow '*'), and crash logs.
• Payment info: payment tokens and gateway transaction IDs. We do not store raw card numbers; payments are processed by payment gateways.

3. How we use information

• Provide and operate the app, process recharges and payments, and maintain transaction records.
• Manage user accounts and distributor/PlanAPI functionality (creating users, IP access control, commissions).
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring and legal compliance.
• Send transactional communications (receipts, notifications).

4. Sharing & third parties

We share data with payment gateway providers, PlanAPI distributors and service providers (analytics, hosting) who help run the service. We only share the minimum required data to provide the service.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect user data. Admins and distributors control settings such as IP whitelisting. In the event of a breach we will notify affected users and authorities where required.

6. Data retention

Transaction and account data are retained as required for accounting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. Users can request account closure, but certain records may be retained for legal reasons.

7. Cookies & tracking

Cookies and similar technologies are used to enable functionality and analytics. Manage cookies via your browser settings.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
