1. Acceptance

By using PowerPay you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

PowerPay provides a platform to perform recharges, bill payments, and distributor management via PlanAPI integrations. Availability of services depends on third-party operators and payment gateways.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information. Distributors and admins have elevated controls (user creation, IP whitelisting). You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via external payment gateways. Refunds are subject to operator and gateway policies. We retain records of transactions for reconciliation and legal compliance.

5. Prohibited Use

Do not use PowerPay for illegal activities, fraud, or misuse of operator systems. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

PowerPay provides the service "as is". We do our best to ensure reliability, but we are not liable for operator outages, gateway failures, or third-party actions beyond our control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the company's jurisdiction. Replace with your applicable jurisdiction & dispute resolution method.
